[22/12/09[16:40]FIXED: There has been a network breakage just out from our main datacenter we attempt to re-route all connections whilst an outside team is fixing the optic fault

[10/12/09[15:09]We noticed all LP(connection to nadeo) was lost overnight. We restart all empty servers to avoid users doing manually. RCP mods are almost complete for upload/update.

[5/12/09[00:00] Forums agreed on; undergoing testing and eekhost users intergration. Inclusion of phpMyAdmin for all clients by the end of next week.

[3/12/09[17:57] RCP(4 for TMForever) update scheduled for tonight at low peak as requested by users.

[1/12/09[16:33] Plans for a eekhost members forum is underway as requested by serveral customers. We start a meeting to discuss user access (private or public)

[30/11/09[23:33] Users from tmf090 to tmf110 are back online. We've given all a free weeks hosting with our greatest apology for this never to happen again. Now we have a fully redundant server with daily backups for all users if this is ever to happen again. With only 1 hours of data loss as the backup was professionaly recoverd and delivered by special courier.

[27/11/09[22:30] Users from tmf090 to tmf110 have been experiencing downtime. This was caused by two disk's failing only one hour apart before the third disk could be restored. We have a backup of the same day but this had also failed on us. We no longer plan to use this hardware. As an apology we'll give these users a two times the downtime as compensation.

[13/7/15[00:00]estimated VPS idea was cancelled due to lack of interest. Our staff are not overloaded but stable with what we currently offer. The natural cycle of support tickets slows down over time. So we can improve the service shortly.

[13/5/09[15:30] Trackmania Control Panel v2.66 is active on all TMForever users. The feedback has been very positive although minor changes. We're branching out into VPS sales next week offering a wide range of cheap high end packages. Teamspeak is going to be a little longer than expected as we've yet to aquire the licence.
